By browsing yuvgsandals.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using yuvgsandals.com immediately.

Mei Yi Limited sells womens shoes and related footwear. Product descriptions, size charts, color representations, and material specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variation in color, texture, and finish may occur between photographs and delivered items. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Mei Yi Limited reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund where an item cannot be supplied.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment instrument submitted with your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines communicated by Mei Yi Limited are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Mei Yi Limited is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or by the absence of a recipient.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Mei Yi Limited offers a strict no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any eligible purchase within exactly 14 days of receiving your order. No justification, explanation, or reason is required. To qualify, the shoes must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all attached tags intact. You must contact [email protected] within the 14 days window to initiate the request. Refund requests submitted after the 14 days period has expired will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Footwear showing signs of outdoor wear, damage, or alteration is not eligible for a no-reason refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a returned item is received and inspected, Mei Yi Limited will process the refund. Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date the returned item is received. This period is required for inspection, verification, and financial settlement. The total time from your refund request to the funds appearing in your account will therefore be at least 14 days and may be longer.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to complete. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Mei Yi Limited does not control the internal settlement timelines of PayPal and cannot accelerate them. Where a regional legal requirement extends the settlement period, the longer period applies.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt of the order. Claims must be sent to [email protected] and must include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. Claims submitted after the 7 days period has expired cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Verified damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Mei Yi Limited, and reasonable return shipping costs for verified claims will be covered.
Intellectual Property
All content published on yuvgsandals.com, comprising text, images, graphics, logos, and page design, is the property of Mei Yi Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.
